No minimum contract required! One of our main advantages is flexibility. Many listings allow short-term booking by the hour or day. However, some providers may offer discounts or better rates for longer commitments or frequent users.

Booking & Cancellation

It depends on the provider and space availability. Some listings allow same-day bookings, while others prefer advance notice. We'll show real-time availability calendars on each listing so you can see what's possible and plan accordingly.

Each listing has its own cancellation and reschedule policy clearly stated. We require all providers to specify their terms upfront. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options depend on the provider's policy and timing of the cancellation.

Payments are processed securely through DeskShare's payment system. Renters pay at the time of booking, and providers receive payment after usage or according to an agreed payout schedule. All fees are transparent and disclosed upfront with secure transfer methods.

DeskShare charges a platform commission or booking fee on top of the provider's listing price. Providers pay a portion to DeskShare for using our platform, while renters pay the listed price plus any applicable platform fees. All fees are clearly disclosed before booking.
